Singing Trooper a Success

The Milford Regional Medical Center (MRMC) Auxiliary presented The Singing Trooper, Sgt. Dan Clark on Saturday, June 11, at Stacy Middle School, a perfect venue for the show.

Sponsors for the event were Michael F. Babcock, MD; Dr. and Mrs. Gregory B. Begin; Michele D. Bilodeau, MD; Buma Funeral Homes; Caliper Life Sciences; Mr. and Mrs. Alberto Correia; Anthony M. Steinberg, MD; and Surgical Associates of Milford, LLC.

The raffle prize winners were: a Basket of Notions, donated by Carol Colpitts, MRMC Gift Shop Manager, was won by Peg McTygue, a Basket of Garden Flowers donated by MRMC Auxiliary co-president Elaine McNanna, won by Patty Cahill, Bob Cole, MRMC Volunteer donated a Chocolate Basket and a large Box of Truffles, these items were won by Peg Mc Tygue and Paul Lavallee. Mr and Mrs. Sullivan from the Berkshires traveled to Milford for their 50th attendance at a Sgt. Dan and Mrs. Mary Clark performance.

All proceeds from this event will support patient safety. Through efforts like this, Milford Regional continues to achieve its goal of helping all patients with dignity, compassion and respect.

Upcoming Auxiliary events include a Red Sox Ticket raffle for the July 4th game at Fenway Park on sale at the MRMC Gift Store, drawing is on June 30, The Taste of the Towns on September 21, and the New Member High Tea on October 27.
