Selectmen Make Annual Board Appointments

The Board of Selectmen voted unanimously at its June 20 meeting to make the following re-appointments to town boards and committees:
• Animal Control Officer: Rochelle Thompson
• Assistant Animal Control Officer: Keith Haynes
• Fair Housing Director: Leonard Oliveri
• Emergency Management Director: John Touhey
• Deputy Emergency Management Director: George Cleveland
• Capital Planning Committee (five-year term): Michael Stewart
• Commission on Disability (three-year terms): Charlie Hince, Tricia Luchini and Francis O'Neill
• Conservation Commission (three-year terms): Noel BonTempo, Michael Giampietro and Derek Atherton
• Council on Aging (three-year terms) Josephine Magliocca, Stanley Nalewajko and Theresa Pluta
• Fair Housing Committee (one-year terms): Leonard Oliveri, Patrick Kennedy, Paul Mazzuchelli, Alfred Sannicandro and Maria Valenca
• Finance Committee (three-year terms): David Morganelli, John Kelly, Philip Ciaramicoli, Joyce Lavigne and Marc Schaen
• Geriatric Authority of Milford (three-year term): Francis Small and Richard Villani
• Historical Commission: Ronald Marino and Pamela Fields
• Industrial Development Commission (three-year terms): Scott Kaplan, Anthony Pinto and Joseph Boczanowski
• Milford Cultural Council (three-year terms): Susan Cecchi, Jean Marie Simmons and Alexandria Messom
• Milford Pond Restoration Committee: Dino DeBartolomeis, Frederick Andreotti, Robert Buckley, David Condrey, Reno DeLuzio, Achille Diotalevi, Larry Dunkin, Michael Giampietro, Donna Horrigan, Steven Janock, Ronald Jencks, William Kingkade, JR., James Marcello, Santo Mazzarelli, Paul Mazzuchelli, Michael Santora, Richard Swift, Paul Tangusso, Vincent Valastro, Scott Vecchiolla and Joseph Zacchilli
• Personnel Board (five-year term): Warren Heller
• Registrars of Voters (three-year term): Elizabeth Hachey
• Renewable Energy Committee (three-year terms): Kathryn Mastroianni, Thomas Jaworek, Nicholas Guido and Catherine Guido
• Zoning Board of Appeals: David Pyne (five-year term) and Christopher Pilla (associate member; three-year term)
The board made the following new appointments:
• Council on Aging (three-year terms): Robert Dwyer and Ed Roth
In other business, selectmen unanimously granted the following license and permits:
• A Fortune Teller license to Lillian Tene of Leominster to operate "Tarot Card Readings by Liliana" at 42 Main St. from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays;
• A Class II Used Car Dealer license to Ronaldo Campos of Uxbridge for Campos Auto Detailing and Accessories at 3 Beach St., for a maximum of 10 unregistered cars with two for sale, subject to unpaid property taxes being paid and a site plan review by the Planning Board;
• A Second Hand license to Gregory Bowser of Milford to operate "Pandora's Box" at 14 Main St. from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays;
• A permit for the Milford Special Olympics to hold its seventh annual road race at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 10; and,
• Amending the current Wine and Malt Beverages license held by Isabel's Restaurant at 335 ½ Main St. to a Wine and Malt Beverages with Cordials license.
